回鍋肉 Twice-Cooked Sliced Pork (Huíguōròu)

2 人材料 Ingredients for 2 people:
水煮20分鐘Boiled 20 minutes
五花腩500克 Pork belly 500g
薑 4 片Ginger 4 sliced
蔥頭 Spring onion head
米酒1 湯匙Rice wine 1 spoon
花椒1 湯匙Sichuan pepper 1 spoon
炒Pan fried
薑 3 片Ginger 4 sliced
蒜頭 4 塊Garlic cloves X 4
辣椒 2 條 Chili X 2
捲心菜6片Cabbage 6 slice
油Oil
生抽1 湯匙Light soy sauce 1 spoon
老抽 ½湯匙 Dark soy sauce ½ spoon
甜醬油1 湯匙 Sweet soy sauce 1 spoon
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
辣醬2 湯匙(自選) Spicy paste 2 spoon(Optional)
糖 ½ 茶匙Sugar ½ tsp
煮豬肉15分鐘
Boil pork for 15 minutes
用薑,蔥,米酒和花椒煮
Boil with ginger, spring onion, rice wine
and sichuan pepper
取出五花肉切成薄片
Take out the pork belly and cut in thin
slice
加入大量油,將豬肉片煎至微彎曲
Add lots of oil, pan fried the sliced pork
till slightly curve
取出多餘的油
Take out extra oil
切姜,蒜和辣椒
Cut ginger, garlic and chili
將它們放入鍋中攪拌
Put them in the cooker and stir
切捲心菜
Cut cabbage
將它們放入鍋中攪拌
Put them in the cooker and stir
蓋2分鐘
Cover for 2 minutes
醬汁Sauce
生抽
Light soy sauce
老抽
Dark soy sauce
甜醬油
Sweet soy sauce
鹽
Salt
辣醬 (自選)
Spicy paste (Optional)
糖
Sugar
將調味料放入鍋中攪拌
Add the sauce in the cooker and stir
切碎蔥
Chop the spring onion
將它們放入鍋中,炒2分鐘完成
Put them in the cooker and pan fried for 2
minutes and done
