4 人材料 Ingredients for 4 people:
米飯 2杯 Rice X 2 cups
蛋 4 隻 Egg X 4
金針菇 1 包 Mushroom X 1

細香蔥chive X 1 pack
油Oil
豬肉末300克Minced pork 300g
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
生抽1 湯匙Light soy sauce 1 spoon
麻油1 湯匙Sesame oil 1 spoon
米酒1 湯匙Rice wine 1 spoon
用鹽,麻油,生抽和米酒醃製豬肉15分鐘
Marinate pork with salt, sesame oil, soy
sauce and rice wine for 15 minutes
拌勻
Mix well
準備雞蛋,分開的蛋黃和蛋清
Prepare eggs, separate egg yark and egg
white
將蛋黃分兩次倒入煮好的米飯中
Pour the egg yark in 2 time in the cooked
rice
拌勻
Mix well
將蘑菇切成小方塊
Cut mushrooms into small cube
在鍋裡加一些油,炒蘑菇
Add some oil in the cooker and pan-fried
mushroom
豬肉炒至熟80%
Pan fried the pork until 80% cooked
炒米飯變軟
Pan fried rice until it is soft
必要時加大量油
Add lots of oil when necessary
不斷攪拌
Keep stir
在米飯中間打孔,倒入蛋清
Make a hole in the middle of rice, pour egg
white
放回豬肉,蘑菇並加入切碎的細香蔥
Put back pork, mushrooms and add chopped
chives
炒約3分鐘就完成
Cook about 3 minutes and done
