軟滑豆腐蒸水蛋Steamed Egg with Tofu
快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE RECIPE
材料(1碗配料) Ingredients for 1 bowl:
豆腐 1 盒 Tofu X 1 box
雞蛋2隻 Chicken Egg X 2
水 (雞蛋的份量) Water (amount of egg)
鹽 ½茶匙 Salt ½ tsp
細香蔥 (少許) Chive (some)
麻油 1湯匙Sesame oil 1 tbsp
生抽Light soy sauce
打蛋
Break the egg
加鹽
Add salt
拌勻
Mix well
將雞蛋倒入碗中
Pour eggs in a bowl
在同一個碗裡加水
Add water in the same bowl
加入豆腐, 切成小塊
Add the tofu and cut them in small pieces
蒸20分鐘
Steam for 20 minutes
小心取出, 加切碎的細香蔥
Take out carefully and add chopped chives
加麻油
Add sesame oil
加生抽
Add light soy sauce
