簡易冬菇蘿蔔糕Super simple turnip cake
典型的農曆新年菜餚之一,
這個簡化版本非常容易製作
One of the typical Chinese New Year dishes. Very easy to make for this simplify version
材料 ingredients:
白蘿蔔(1000克) Turnip X 1000g
冬菇4個Dried mushrooms X 4
粘米粉150克Rice flour X 150g
薯粉/木薯粉70克 Potato Starch X 70g
調味料Seasoning:
油 2湯匙 Oil x 2 spoon
鹽1湯匙 Salt x 1 spoon
麻油 ½湯匙 Sesame oil x ½ spoon
白胡椒(少許) White pepper(a bit)
糖 ½湯匙 Sugar x ½ spoon
將5/6白蘿蔔去皮切成絲
Peel 5/6 turnip into small silk shape
將1/6白蘿蔔切成小塊
Cut 1/6 turnip into small long pieces
將它們放在碗中蒸20分鐘
Place them in a bowl, steam for 20 minutes
取出並晾乾,放入鍋用中火炒
Take out and dry them and put in the
cooker, pan fried with middle heat
[保留蘿蔔汁]重要
[keep the sauce] important
加入油,鹽,麻油,白胡椒粉和糖
Add oil, salt, Sesame oil, White pepper and
Sugar
將冬菇切成小方塊
Cut mushrooms into small cube
將它們放入鍋中,攪拌
Put them in the cooker, stir
將米粉和馬鈴薯澱粉放入碗中
Put Rice flour and potato starch in a bowl
加入蘿蔔汁
Add turnip sauce
拌勻
Mix well
倒入鍋
Pour in the cooker
高溫加熱攪拌直至發粘
Stir with high heat until they look sticky
在碗裡墊上保鮮紙, 再加一些油
Put some oil in a bowl with a cling wrap
倒入蘿蔔醬
Put the filling
蒸1小時
Steam for 1 hour
小心取出
Take out carefully
完成!!!可以將它們放在冰箱中以備後用!!!
