自製B仔蒜辣雞翼尖Garlic Chicken Wing Tips

材料 ingredients:
雞翼尖(16隻) Chicken
Wing Tips X 16
紹興酒 30 毫升 Shaoxing wine 30ml
雞粉 2茶匙 Chicken Powder 2tsp
鹽 ¼ 茶匙Salt ¼ tsp
蒜 9 塊 Garlic clove X 9
朝天椒 3條 Chili X 3
水 500克 Water 500g
冷水下雞翼尖,把雞翼尖氽燙去除冷藏味,待水滾,撈起備用
Boil chicken wing tips in cold water to
remove the smell, when the water boiled, pick up, clean and set aside
加入水、紹興酒、雞粉、鹽、朝天椒(切碎)和蒜頭(切碎)
Add water, Shaoxing wine, chicken powder,
salt, chili(chopped) and garlic (chopped)
待水煮沸
Wait for the water to boil
加蓋並以慢火煮40分鐘
Cover and simmer for 40 minutes
完成
