泰式生菜包 Thai minced pork with lettuce
快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE COOK
材料 ingredients:
豬肉碎300克Minced pork 300g
生菜Lettuce
蒜 3 塊Garlic glove X 3
蔥 1支 Scallion X 1
辣椒 2 條 (自選) Chili X2 (optional)
檸檬葉X 8(自選) lemon leaves X 8 (optional)
薄荷葉 X 15(自選) mint X
15 (optional)
鹽(少量) Salt(some)
醃料Marinade :
米酒 2湯匙 Rice wine x 2 spoon
老抽2湯匙 Black soy sauce x 2 spoon
麻油 1茶匙 Sesame oil x 1 spoon
糖 ½湯匙 Sugar x ½ spoon
準備豬肉碎
Prepare minced pork
加米酒2湯匙
Add Rice wine x 2 sp
加老抽2湯匙
Add Black soy sauce x 2 sp
加麻油1湯匙
Add Sesame oil x 1 sp
加糖
Add sugar
拌勻,醃15分鐘
Mix well, marinate for 15 minutes
在鍋裡加油
Add oil in the cooker
加切好的蒜
Add cut garlic
加入蔥(切約5厘米)
Add scallion (cut about 5 cm)
添加辣椒(可選)
Add chili (optional)
加豬肉
Add pork
加檸檬葉(可選)更香!
Add lemon leaves(optional) SMELL BETTER!
大火攪拌
Stir with high heat
加些鹽
Add some salt
加薄荷(可選),更香!
Add mint(optional) SMELL BETTER!
煮生菜(每片10秒鐘內)
Boil lettuce(each slice within 10 second)
用生菜包豬肉
Wrap the pork with lettuce
Done!!!
