番茄炒蛋Stir fried tomato and egg

材料 Ingredients:
蛋4隻Egg X 4
番茄X 6 Tomato X 6
鹽X 1茶匙 Salt X 1 tsp
糖X 2茶匙 Sugar X 2 tsp
打破雞蛋,放入碗中
Break eggs in a bowl
加鹽,攪拌雞蛋
Add salt and scramble the eggs
將每個番茄切成四小塊
Cut each tomato into four pieces
在平底鍋裡加一些油
Add some oil in the frying pan
倒入雞蛋攪拌
Pour the eggs and stir
半熟的時候把它們拿出來
Take them out when it is half cooked
加一些油, 煮番茄
Add some oil and pour the tomatoes
加糖攪拌
Add sugar and stir
上蓋約2分鐘
Cover it for about 2 minutes
放回雞蛋並攪拌
Put back the eggs and stir
加150毫升水並攪拌
Add 150 ml of water and stir
再上蓋約2分鐘
Cover again for about 2 minutes
