材料 Ingredients:
花椒鹵水椒鹽雞翼尖
雞翼尖X 18 Chicken Wing Tips X 18
花椒 X 5 Sichuan peppercorn X 5
老抽1 湯匙 Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
紹興酒1 湯匙 Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
椒鹽粉50克Salty Sichuan peppercorn powder X 50g
蛋4隻Egg X 4
煮雞翼尖
Boil chicken wing tips
加花椒
Add Sichuan peppercorn
加老抽
Add dark soy sauce
加紹興酒
Add Shaoxing wine
加椒鹽粉, 拌勻
Add salty Sichuan peppercorn powder and mix
well
蓋上鍋,用中火煮約20分鐘
Cover the pot and boil for about 20 minutes
with medium heat
取出放入煎鍋
Take out and put in the frying pan
加一些花椒粉
Add some Sichuan peppercorn powder
煎至酥脆
Pan fry them until they are crispy
完成第1部分!
Done for part 1!
將雞蛋放入盛下醬油的鍋中
Put eggs in the pot that have the sauce
用小火煮約1小時
Boil them for about 1 hour with low heat
如果我們將它們整夜浸泡,味道會更好
Tastes better if we soak them over night
