材料 Ingredients:
梨 1 個 Pear X 1
雪耳 15 克 Snow Fungus X 15g
紅棗 X 4 Date X 4
杞子X 20 Noriko X 20
冰糖 5 克Crystal sugar X 5g
水 Water
將梨切成小方塊
Cut pear into small cubes
壓碎雪木耳
Crush the snow fungus
浸入水中約15分鐘
Soak in water for about 15 minutes
直到它們變軟

放入鍋

加水,水位高於所有成分
