Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce

材料 Ingredients

雞大腿2Chicken Thighs x 2

花生碎 Crushed Peanuts

 

川味辣油醬汁Chili Sauce

辣椒4Chili X 4

2 Ginger X 2 piece 

蒜頭 4 Garlic cloves X 4

生抽4 湯匙Light soy sauce X 4 table spoons

麻油2 湯匙Sesame oil  X 2 table spoons

1 湯匙Vinegar X 1 table spoon

1 湯匙Sugar X 1 table spoon

雞粉 1 湯匙Chicken Powder X 1 table spoon

花椒粉 1 茶匙Sichuan peppercorn powder X 1 tea spoon

1/2茶匙 Salt X 1/2 tea spoon

雞汁5 湯匙  Chicken broth X 5 table spoons

辣椒油6 湯匙  Chili oil X 6 table spoons

 

將雞大腿蒸約25分鐘

Steam the chicken thighs for about 25 minutes


同時, 我們可以準備醬汁

Meanwhile, we can prepare the sauce

切碎辣椒, 薑和蒜

Mince chili, ginger and garlic

放入碗裡

Place them in a bowl

生抽4 湯匙Light soy sauce X 4 table spoons

麻油2 湯匙Sesame oil  X 2 table spoons

1 湯匙Vinegar X 1 table spoon

1 湯匙Sugar X 1 table spoon

雞粉 1 湯匙Chicken Powder X 1 table spoon

花椒粉 1 茶匙Sichuan peppercorn powder X 1 tea spoon

1/2茶匙 Salt X 1/2 tea spoon

雞汁5 湯匙  Chicken broth X 5 table spoons

辣椒油6 湯匙  Chili oil X 6 table spoons

把花生搗碎

Mash the peanuts


25分鐘後

After 25 minutes steaming

把雞肉切成小塊

Cut the chicken into small pieces

1 層:雞肉

Layer 1: Chicken

2層:花生碎

Layer 2: crushed peanuts

第三層:辣椒醬

Layer 3: Chili sauce
