材料 ingredients:
燈籠椒/三色椒(2個) Bell
pepper X 2
白玉菇(白精靈菇) 1 包 White Shimeji Mushroom X 1 pack
金針菇 1 包 Enoki mushroom X
1 pack
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
白胡椒(少許) White pepper(some)
油Oil
三色椒切成薄片
Sliced bell peppers
將白玉菇尾部3cm切掉
Cut 3cm from the end of White Shimeji
mushroom and throw it
將金針菇尾部6cm切掉
Cut 6cm from the end of Enoki mushroom and
throw it
把金針菇切一半
Cut half of Enoki mushroom
準備調味料
Prepare seasoning
在鍋中放足夠的油
Put enough oil in the cooker
加三色椒
Add bell peppers
加鹽和白胡椒粉
Add salt and white pepper
加白玉菇
Add White Shimeji mushroom
加金針菇
Add Enoki mushroom
大火煎炒約3分鐘
Pan fried with high heat about 3 minutes
完成
