秋葵刺身+拌飯 Okra Sashimi and Okra Rice

材料Ingredients
秋葵刺身 Okra Sashimi
秋葵X 8 Okra X 8
秋葵拌飯 Okra Rice
秋葵X 10 Okra X 10
醬汁Sauce
醬油 4湯匙Soy Sauce X 4 tbsp
米酒 2湯匙Rice wine X 2 tbsp
蜜糖 2湯匙Honey X 2 tbsp
薑X 15克 Ginger clove X 15g
秋葵拌飯 Okra Rice
切走秋葵的頭部
Cut the head of the okra
秋葵切成薄片
Sliced okra in thin slices
放入鍋中,中火煮約5分鐘
Put in the pot and boil with middle heat
for about 5 minutes
醬油X 4湯匙
Soy Sauce X 4 tbsp
米酒X 2湯匙
Rice wine X 2 tbsp
蜜糖 X 1湯匙
Honey X 1 tbsp
倒入薑末並拌勻
Pour minced ginger and mix well
取出煮熟的秋葵,放在米飯上
Take out the boiled okra and place them on
top of the rice
將醬汁倒在秋葵上
Pour the sauce on top of the okra
秋葵刺身 Okra Sashimi
用高溫將秋葵煮沸約3分鐘
Boil the okra for about 3 minutes with high
heat
拿出並放在碟子裡
Take out and put in a nice plate
在秋葵下加一些冰
Add some ice under the okras
蘸芥末
Dip with wasabi
