麻婆豆腐 Mapo Tofu

材料 Ingredients
豆腐500克 Tofu 500g
豬肉碎250克 Minced Pork 250g
細香蔥 (少許) Chives (some)
辣椒1條Chili X 1
油Oil
薑 1 塊Ginger 1 piece
蒜頭 6 塊Garlic cloves X 6
玉米殿粉水100毫升Corn starch water 100 ml
生抽2 湯匙Light soy sauce 2 table spoons
麻油2 湯匙Sesame oil 2 table spoons
糖 2 湯匙Sugar table spoons
[品牌: 老干媽] 辣醬2 湯匙Spicy paste 2 table spoons
切碎薑和蒜
Mince ginger and garlic
在平底鍋裡加一些油, 薑碎和蒜碎
Add them with some oil in the frying pan
加豬肉
Add pork
切辣椒
Cut chili
當豬肉顏色變成棕色時
When the colour of the pork turns brown
加辣椒
Add chili
切豆腐, 放入鍋中
Cut Tofu and add in the pot
加醬汁
Add the sauce
加玉米粉水並攪拌
Add corn flour water and stir
加入切碎的細香蔥即可
Add some chopped chives and it is done
