材料Ingredients
蝦X 8 Shrimp X 8
蒜蓉X 1 Garlic clove X 1
辣椒X 1 Chili X 1
泰式酸辣醬汁Thai spicy & sour sauce
蒜頭X 5 Garlic clove X 5
辣椒X 2 Chili X 2
魚露2 茶匙Fish sauce 2 tsp
糖2 茶匙Sugar 2 tsp
青檸 ½個 Lime X ½
檸檬1 個 Lemon X 1
水100毫升 Water X 100 ml
取下蝦頭
Remove the head of the shrimp
去掉蝦殼
Remove the shell of the shrimp
切一半但不切穿,取出腸
Cut half but not cut through and take out
the intestine
蒸蝦和頭蝦約10分鐘
Steam the shrimp and head for about 10
minutes
切碎蒜,放進碗裡
Mince the garlic and put in the bowl
切辣椒,放進碗裡
Cut the chili and put in the bowl
加魚露
Add fish sauce
加糖
Add sugar
加青檸汁
Add lime juice
加檸檬汁
Add lemon juice
加水攪拌
Add water and stir
切蒜片
Slice the garlic
將蒜片放在蝦上
Place each sliced garlic on top of the
shrimp
將切好的辣椒也放在上面
Place the cut chili on top also
放些菠蘿,當太辣的時候,你會發現它很有用!
