How to make SUSHI RICE quick!
快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE COOK
材料 Ingredients:
日本米醋 2茶匙 Japanese rice
vinegar: 2 tea spoons
日本珍珠米 100克Japanese rice: 100g
工具 Tools:
冰格Ice trays
保鮮紙Cling paper
用日本珍珠米
Use Japanese rice
12件壽司,大約用100克米
For 12 sushi, it takes about 100g rice
記得把米洗淨兩次
Remember clean the rice twice
加2茶匙日本米醋
Add 2 tea spoons of Japanese rice vinegar
煮飯
Cook the rice
我曾經用這種壽司模子
I used to use this fancy sushi rice mold
但是壽司太大件,而且很難清洗
But the sushi is too big and it is hard to
clean
然後我發現了一樣東西
Then I discovered something
我們可以用冰格製作迷你壽司
We can use ice tray to make mini size sushi
在冰格上面放一張長的保鮮紙
Place a long cling paper on top of the ice
tray
準備放米的空間
Prepare the space for the rice
看起來不錯!
Looks cool!
將米飯放入冰格
Put the rice in the ice tray
用另一張保鮮紙覆蓋
Cover it with another cling paper
用湯匙或用手指壓成形
Use spoon or just your finger to form the
shape
乾淨簡單!
Clean and Simple!
取出頂部保鮮紙
Remove the top cling paper
冰格朝下放在盤子上
Face down the ice tray on a plate
取出冰格和保鮮紙
Remove the ice tray and cling paper
不用擔心旁邊有多餘米飯
Don’t worry if you see some extra rice at
the side
只需移除, 再美化一下即可
Just remove and make it nice
然後把三文魚放在米飯上,完成^^
Then put the salmon on top of the rice,
done ^^
