材料 Ingredients:
豬腩肉500克 Pork belly 500g
蛋3隻Egg X 3
冬菇40克Shiitake 40g
生抽40毫升Dark soy sauce 40ml
老抽20毫升Dark soy sauce 20ml
紹興酒 30毫升Shaoxing wine 30ml
冰糖20克 Crystal Sugar 20g
水250毫升Water 250ml
將豬肉切成小塊
Cut the pork into small pieces
將它們放在煎鍋中
Put them in the frying pan
煎至肉變色
Pan fry until the colour of the meat changes
加生抽
Add soy sauce
加老抽
Add dark soy sauce
加紹興酒
Add Shaoxing wine
香菇浸軟
Soak the shiitake until it is soft
切成小塊
Cut them into small pieces
加香菇
Add shiitake
加水
Add water
加冰糖
Add crystal sugar
煮沸後蓋上蓋
When it is boiled, cover the pot
煮雞蛋約12分鐘
Boil the eggs for about 12 minutes
取出並放入冰水中
Take out and put them in ice water
冷卻後,除外殼
After cooling down, remove the shell
加雞蛋, 蓋上蓋
Add eggs and cover the pot
中火慢煮約1個小時即可享用!
