港式蜜汁燒豬頸肉
Hong Kong Style Roasted Honey Pork Neck

材料 Ingredients:
豬頸肉400克 Pork neck 400g
生抽1湯匙Dark soy sauce X 1 table spoon
老抽1湯匙Dark soy sauce X 1 table spoon
米酒 1/2湯匙Rice wine X 1/2 table
spoon
糖 1/2湯匙Sugar X 1/2 table spoon
叉燒醬 1/2湯匙Char Siu Sauce X
1/2 table spoon
蜜糖1湯匙Honey X 1 table spoon
把豬肉切薄一點
Cut the pork neck a bit thinner
想肉質軟嫩,可以前後拍打豬肉
To make the meat softer and tender, hit them front and back
醃製至少30分鐘
Marinate at least 30 minutes
將錫紙放在平底鍋上
Put the tin paper on top of a frying pan
加一些油
Add some oil
加豬頸肉
Add the pork neck
用中火煎香豬頸
Pan fried the pork neck with middle heat
當肉轉色時翻轉它們
Flip them when the colour turned
加水 蓋約2分鐘
Add some water and cover for about 2
minutes
在豬頸肉的兩面加蜜糖
Add some honey on both side of the meat
斜角切成小塊
Cut small pieces with bevel angle
香脆又多汁!
It is a bit crispy and so juicy!
