食材Ingredients:
薑Ginger:150g
蔥Spring
onion:216g
花生油Peanut
oil:200g
紅蔥頭Shallot
onion:x2
鹽Salt:2tsp
準備蔥Prepare
the spring onions
切去蔥白(約5厘米),稍後使用Cut the white part of spring onions from 5cm for later
將蔥切成小丁Cut
the spring onions in small diced
把它們放在碗裡Place
them in a bowl
蔥白的根部, 紅蔥頭放進鍋裡Put root part of spring onions and shallot in a pot
放花生油Put
peanut oil
並用中火煮約15-20分鐘And
cook them with medium heat about 15-20 minutes
