 港式薑蓉醬 Hong Kong Style Ginger onion sauce





食材Ingredients:

Ginger:150g

Spring onion:216g

花生油Peanut oil:200g

紅蔥頭Shallot onion:x2

Salt:2tsp



準備蔥Prepare the spring onions

切去蔥白(5厘米),稍後使用Cut the white part of spring onions from 5cm for later

將蔥切成小丁Cut the spring onions in small diced

把它們放在碗裡Place them in a bowl


蔥白的根部, 紅蔥頭放進鍋裡Put root part of spring onions and shallot in a pot

放花生油Put peanut oil

並用中火煮約15-20分鐘And cook them with medium heat about 15-20 minutes


切成小丁cut gingers in small diced

將它們與蔥放在同一碗中Place them in the same bowl with spring onions

拌勻Mix well

倒入2湯匙鹽 Pour 2 table spoons of salt

倒入熟油Pour a bit cooked oil 

拌勻 Mix well
