雞翼(11隻)
黑芝麻(即食, 烘香或白鑊炒香)

Black sesame seeds (instead, roasted or sauteed in a white
wok)
醃料:
生抽1湯匙 Light soy sauce x 1 spoon
麻油 1茶匙 Sesame oil x 1 spoon
紹酒 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine x 1 spoon
糖 ½湯匙 Sugar x ½ spoon
花椒粉1湯匙 Sichuan peppercorn x 1

四味粉1湯匙Four-spice powder x 1 spoon
雞翼洗淨,抹乾水分備用。
把所有醃料拌勻。
放入雞翼,拌勻。
醃約1小時。
放入焗爐中,焗約
10分鐘。
翻轉雞翼,繼續焗
8 至 10分鐘,或直至雞翼熟透。
灑下黑芝麻,趁熱享用。
Wash chicken wings, wipe dry and set aside.
Mix all the marinades well.
Add the chicken wings and mix well.
Marinate for about 1 hour.
Put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken wings over and continue to bake for 8 to 10
minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds and enjoy while hot.
