蒜泥白肉 Boiled Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce

食材Ingredients:

五花腩 : 450 Pork belly: 600g

: 1 Scallion: 1 stick

薑片 :2 Ginger slices: 3 slices

米酒 : 2湯匙Rice wine: 2 spoons

蒜蓉 : 6-7 小塊 Garlic glove: 6-7

生抽  : 1湯匙Light soy sauce: 1 spoon

黑醋 : 1湯匙Black vinegar: 1 spoon

花雕酒 : 1湯匙Huadiao Wine: 1 spoon

: 2湯匙Mirin: 2 spoons

• 辣椒油 : 1 湯匙 Chili oil: 1 spoon

• 麻油 : 1 /2 湯匙   Sesame oil: ½ spoon

 : 1 /2 湯匙  Sugar: ½ spoon

 紹興酒: 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine: 1 spoon


準備五花腩, , 薑片

Prepare pork belly, green onions, ginger slices

水微滾後,放入薑、蔥、五花腩

After the water is slightly boiled, add ginger, pork belly , green onion

大火放米酒,蓋上蓋中火煮約40分鐘

Put the rice wine on high heat, cover and cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes

期間每10分鐘把腩肉翻身

醬汁: 切蒜蓉   紹興酒X1湯匙  辣椒油X1 湯匙  生抽X1湯匙  黑醋X1湯匙 麻油X 1/2 湯匙   X 2湯匙 糖X1/2湯匙

拌勻所有醬汁調味料

取出五花腩放入凍水
