蒜泥白肉 Boiled Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce

食材Ingredients:
•五花腩
: 450克 Pork
belly: 600g
•蔥
: 1支 Scallion: 1 stick
•薑片
:2片 Ginger
slices: 3 slices
• 米酒
: 2湯匙Rice wine: 2 spoons
•蒜蓉
: 6-7 小塊 Garlic glove: 6-7
• 生抽
: 1湯匙Light soy sauce: 1 spoon
• 黑醋
: 1湯匙Black vinegar: 1 spoon
• 花雕酒
: 1湯匙Huadiao Wine: 1 spoon
• 水
: 2湯匙Mirin: 2 spoons
• 辣椒油
: 1 湯匙 Chili oil: 1 spoon
• 麻油
: 1 /2 湯匙 Sesame oil: ½ spoon
• 糖: 1 /2 湯匙 Sugar: ½ spoon
• 紹興酒: 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine: 1 spoon
準備五花腩, 蔥, 薑片
Prepare pork belly, green onions, ginger slices
水微滾後,放入薑、蔥、五花腩
After the water is slightly boiled, add ginger, pork belly , green onion
大火放米酒,蓋上蓋中火煮約40分鐘

期間每10分鐘把腩肉翻身

拌勻所有醬汁調味料

取出五花腩放入凍水
Take out the pork belly and put it in cold water
五花腩切片

醬汁淋上五花腩

灑上蔥花
