豬腳X 2 Pig Trotter X 2
生薑 200克Ginger X 200g

鎮江香醋 X 1.4L Chinkiang Black Rice Vinegar X 1.4L
黑糖 4湯匙 Brown Sugar X 4 Table spoons
冰糖 150克 Rock sugar X 150g
蛋X12 Egg X 12
水Water

I asked the butcher to cut each leg to 4 pieces
簡單清洗一下
Simply clean a bit
