泰式青咖哩(泰國茄子) Thai green curry(Thai eggplant)

材料Ingredient
高良薑 2 片 Galangal X 2 slice
檸檬草 X 5 Lemongrass X 5
檸檬葉X 18 Lemon leaves X 18
辣椒X 3 chilli pepper X 3
番茄4個Tomato X 4
金針菇1 包Enoki mushroom 1 pack
辣椒粉1湯匙Chili powder 1 tbsp
魚露1湯匙Fish sauce 1 tbsp
糖1/3湯匙Sugar 1/3 tbsp
椰奶2 Coconut milk 2 tbsp
青檸X 1 Lime X 1
水 Water
將水煮沸,然後將高良薑,檸檬草,檸檬葉和辣椒放入鍋中
Boil water and put galangal, lemongrass,
lemon leaves and chilli in the cooker
切番茄
Cut tomatoes
把它們放到鍋中
Put them in the cooker
切金針菇
Cut off the end of enoki mushroom
將它們分成小束,放入鍋中
Separate them into small bunch and put them
in the cooker
加辣椒粉
Add chili powder
加魚露
Add fish sauce
加糖
Add Sugar
加椰奶並攪拌
Add coconut milk and stir
切青檸
Cut lime
將青檸汁加入鍋中
Add the lime juice in the cooker
煮約3分鐘
Cook about 3 minutes
