豬肉250克 Pork 250g
生抽1 湯匙Light soy sauce 1 spoon
白胡椒 ½ 茶匙White pepper ½ tsp
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
糖 ½ 茶匙Sugar ½ tsp
蛋1隻Egg X 1
其他材料Other Ingredients
燈籠椒/三色椒2 個Bell peppers X 2
菠蘿 半個Pineapple X 1/2
玉米粉 60克 Corn flour 60g
麵粉60克 Flour 60g
橄欖油Olive Oil
水 200 毫升Water 200ml
玉米粉 2茶匙Corn flour 2 tsp
水 4 湯匙Water 4 spoon
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
醋3 湯匙Vinegar 3 spoon
番茄醬 3 湯匙Ketchup 3 spoon
糖3 湯匙Sugar 3 spoon
豬肉切成大塊
Cut the pork in big pieces
醃製: 醬油,白胡椒粉,鹽,糖和雞蛋
Marinate with soy sauce, white pepper,
salt, sugar and egg
拌勻
Mix well
切三色椒, 備用
Cut bell pepper and put them aside
切菠蘿, 備用
Cut pineapple and put them aside
玉米粉和麵粉混合
Mix corn flour and flour
逐一裹豬肉
Mix pork with the flour one by one
煮橄欖油
