外脆內軟咕嚕肉 Sweet and sour pork

人  材料 

Ingredientsfor 2 people:

醃製30分鐘Marinate 30 minutes

豬肉250 Pork 250g

生抽1 湯匙Light soy sauce 1 spoon

白胡椒 ½ 茶匙White pepper ½ tsp

½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp

½ 茶匙Sugar ½ tsp

1Egg X 1

 

其他材料Other Ingredients

燈籠椒/三色椒2 Bell peppers X 2

菠蘿 半個Pineapple X 1/2

玉米粉 60 Corn flour 60g

麵粉60 Flour 60g

橄欖油Olive Oil

200 毫升Water 200ml

 

醬汁Sauce

玉米粉 2茶匙Corn flour  2 tsp

4 湯匙Water 4 spoon

½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp

3 湯匙Vinegar 3 spoon

番茄醬 3 湯匙Ketchup 3 spoon

3 湯匙Sugar 3 spoon


 

豬肉切成大塊

Cut the pork in big pieces

醃製: 醬油,白胡椒粉,鹽,糖和雞蛋

Marinate with soy sauce, white pepper, salt, sugar and egg

拌勻

Mix well

切三色椒, 備用

Cut bell pepper and put them aside

切菠蘿, 備用

Cut pineapple and put them aside

玉米粉和麵粉混合

Mix corn flour and flour

逐一裹豬肉

Mix pork with the flour one by one

煮橄欖油

Boil olive oil

炸豬肉6分鐘,取出

Deep fry the pork for about 6 minutes and take it out

再炸約2分鐘

Deep fry again for about 2 minutes



鍋裡加一些油

Add some oil in the cooker

倒入全部三色椒

Pour all the bell peppers

煮軟後取出

Take them out when it is soft

倒醬汁

Pour the sauce

加入炸豬肉攪拌

Add fried pork and stir

加水

Add water

加入菠蘿和熟三色椒

Add pineapple and cooked bell pepper

加水蓋上蓋焗約5分鐘

Add water and cover it for about 5 minutes
