紅棗杞子豬骨湯Pork bone soup with Date, Noriko


材料 ingredients:
豬骨150克 包 Pork bone X 150g
薑 2 片 Ginger X 2 slices
白蘿蔔1個 White turnip X 1
米酒 1湯匙 Rice wine x 1 spoon
杞子X 30 Noriko X 30
紅棗 X 4 Date X 4
鹽(少量) Salt(some)


煮豬骨 Boil pork bone 加薑片, 米酒 Add sliced ginger, rice wine 煮沸後清洗乾淨 After boiled, clean well 再煮開水,放豬骨 Boil water again, put pork bone 浸泡乾棗 For dry date, soak in the water 切白蘿蔔 Cut white turnip 放入鍋 Add in the pot 添紅棗 Add date 蓋上鍋蓋煮1小時以上 Cover and cook for 1 hour+ 完成!!!Done!!!
