自家制素餃子 Homemade vegetarian dumpling

快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE COOK | 杏娜HANNA 自家制日式素餃子 Homemade Japanese vegetarian dumpling


材料 ingredients: 餃子皮 1 包 dumpling skin X 1 pack 蘑菇 200g mushroom X 200g 捲心菜 1/3 cabbage X 1/3 薑 10g Ginger X 10g 蒜5 塊Garlic glove X 5 醃料: 麻油 1茶匙 Sesame oil x 1 spoon 米酒 1湯匙 Rice wine x 1 spoon 蠔油 1湯匙 Oyster sauce x 1 spoon 糖 ½湯匙 Sugar x ½ spoon


切蘑菇,放入碗中
Cut mushrooms, put them in a bowl
切捲心菜,放在一個碗裡
Cut cabbages, put them in the same bowl
搗碎薑,放在一個碗裡
Mash ginger, put them in the same bowl
搗碎蒜,放在一個碗裡
Mash garlic, put them in the same bowl
加麻油
Add Sesame oil
加米酒
Add Rice wine
加蠔油
Add Oyster sauce
加糖
Add Sugar
拌勻
Mix well
用水把餃子封口
Make the dumping and seal with water
