迷你港式燒肉Mini Roasted Crispy (BBQ) Pork

材料 Ingredients:
五花腩150克 Pork belly 150g
雞粉1匙Chicken powder 1 spoon
鹽 ½ 茶匙Salt ½ tsp
糖 ½ 茶匙Sugar ½ tsp
生薑粉1茶匙Ginger powder 1 tsp
花椒粉1茶匙Sichuan powder 1 tsp
米酒2茶匙Rice wine 2 tsp
特製: 花椒殼1茶匙(自選) Special: Sichuan shell 1 tsp
(Optional)
蒸豬肉40分鐘
Steam pork for 40 minutes
取出五花肉
Take out the pork belly
在皮膚表面刺很多小孔
Make a lot of holes on the surface of the
skin
針頭直到脂肪第一層
Deep enough to reach the end of the first
layer of the fat
去除皮膚上的水
Remove the water from the skin
在豬皮加些鹽並按摩
Add some salt on the skin and massage
it
(如果豬肉太厚,請在底部界一些線)

除皮膚外,將調味料塗在豬肉的每一面

第二天!

在平底鍋裡加一些油

去除燒焦的部分
Remove the burned part
切成小塊
Cut into small pieces
沾芥末一起吃!完美!
