醃豬肉20分鐘 Marinate pork for 20 minutes
豬肉200克 Pork 200g
鹽 ¼ 湯匙Salt ¼ tbsp
麻油1 湯匙Sesame oil 1 tbsp
老抽 ½湯匙 Dark soy sauce ½ tbsp
炒Pan fried
辣醬2 湯匙Spicy paste 2 tbsp
辣椒油1 湯匙Chili oil 2 tbsp
醋2 湯匙Vinegar 2 tbsp
水 600毫升 Water 600ml
雞肉/蔬菜湯塊1 塊Chicken/Vegetable bouillon cube X1
腐竹2 條Yuba(Tofu skin) X 2
豆芽 50克 Bean sprout 50g
米線200克 Rice noodles 200g
香菜 20克 Coriander 20g
油Oil
醃豬肉20分鐘 Marinate pork for 20 minutes
鹽 Salt
麻油Sesame oil
老抽 Dark soy sauce
炒豬肉直到煮熟
Pan fried pork until it’s cooked
加入辣醬,辣椒油和醋
Add spicy paste, chili oil and vinegar
加水和雞肉/蔬菜湯塊
Add water and chicken/vegetable bouillon
cube
煮沸後加腐皮和豆芽
When it’s boiled, add tofu skin and bean
sprout
燒開水和米粉
Boil water and rice noodles
將米粉和湯放在碗裡
Put the rice noodles and soup in a bowl
用一些香菜裝飾
Decorate with some coriander
