材料 ingredients:
魚頭連魚骨 Fish head & fish bone
橄欖油Olive oil
雞蛋 X 2 Egg X 2
姜 Ginger
細香蔥 X 2 Spring onion X 2
大蔥X 2 Chive X 2
軟豆腐 X 1盒 Soft Tofu X 1 box
中國酒(部分) Chinese wine (some)
鹽 (少許) Salt (some)
白胡椒 (少許) White pepper (some)
去除魚頭內臟
Remove the organs from the fish head
清洗魚頭和魚骨
Clean the fish head and fish bone
煎雞蛋
Pan fry the eggs
加入切好的薑片
Add some sliced gingers
煎魚頭和魚骨
Pan fry the fish head and bone
加酒去除腥味
Add some Chinese wine to remove fishy smell
燒水
Bowl water
把煮熟的雞蛋放進去
Put the cooked eggs
放入煮熟的魚頭, 魚骨和薑片
Put the cooked fish head, bone and ginger
蓋上鍋蓋煮10分鐘左右
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes
切大蔥和細香蔥
Cut the chieve and spring onions
將軟豆腐切開
Cut the soft tofu
將大蔥和豆腐放入鍋中
Add the chieve and tofu in the pot
蓋上鍋蓋煮10分鐘左右
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes
加入少許白胡椒、鹽和細香蔥
Add some white pepper, salt and spring
onion
完成了
