可樂雞翼Coca Cola Chicken Wings
快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE RECIPE
材料 ingredients:
雞翼（11隻） Chicken wings (11 pieces)
蒜瓣 X 2 Garlic clove X 2
可口可樂 X 1 罐 (150ml) Coca Cola X 1 can (150ml)
油 Oil
醃料Marinade:
生抽1.5湯匙 Light soy sauce x 1.5 spoons
老抽2/3湯匙 Dark soy sauce x 2/3 spoon
麻油 2/3湯匙Sesame oil x 2/3 spoon
醃製：5 分鐘Marinate: 5 mins
加油, 將雞翅煎熟
Add oil and pan fry the chicken wings
蒜頭切片
Slice the garlic
加切好的大蒜
Add the sliced garlic
加剩餘的醃製醬汁
Add the remaining marinate sauce
加可口可樂
Add Coca-Cola
蓋上鍋蓋煮約3分鐘
Cover and cook for about 3 minutes
趁熱享用
enjoy while hot
