明太子火炙三文魚壽司 Fire torched Salmon sushi with Tarako

 

材料 ingredients:

三文魚Salmon

鱒魚子Trout roes

黑胡椒Black pepper

Rice

醬油 Soy sauce

芥末 Wasabi


明太子醬Pollock roe Paste (Tarako Paste):

明太子 Pollock roe X 1

蛋黃醬(根據您的口味) Mayonnaise (according to your taste)

青檸汁(幾滴) Lime juice(few drop)


 

魚子放在碗裡

Put the pollock roe in the bowl

加蛋黃醬

Add mayonnaise

搗爛他們

Mash them

加幾滴青檸汁

Add few drop of lime juice

攪拌均勻

Mix well

明太子醬完成

Tarako paste is done

 

準備新鮮的三文魚

Prepare a fresh salmon

層次分明

Beautiful layer

將三文魚切成想要的大小

Cut the salmon with the size you want

準備壽司飯

Prepare the sushi rice

將三文魚放在米飯上

Place the salmon on top of the rice

先加黑胡椒

Add black pepper first

火炙

Torch it

加明太子醬

Add Tarako paste

加黑胡椒

Add black pepper

火炙

Torch it

加鱒魚籽裝飾

Add trout roes for decoration
