材料 ingredients:
三文魚Salmon
鱒魚子Trout roes
黑胡椒Black pepper
飯Rice
醬油 Soy sauce
芥末 Wasabi
明太子醬Pollock roe Paste (Tarako Paste):
明太子1 條 Pollock roe X 1
蛋黃醬(根據您的口味) Mayonnaise (according to your taste)
青檸汁(幾滴) Lime juice(few drop)
魚子放在碗裡
Put the pollock roe in the bowl
加蛋黃醬
Add mayonnaise
搗爛他們
Mash them
