 韓式炒年糕 Korean Topokki(Tteok-bokki)  

快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE COOK | 杏娜HANNA


材料 ingredients:

年糕500Rice cake 500g

年糕辣醬150Rice cake spicy sauce 150g

蔥(一點點)Spring onion(a bit)

金針菇 Enoki mushroom X 1

烏冬Udon X 1

雞蛋Eggs X 3




煮年糕直到變軟。轉至中火,加入蔥,金針菇,年糕辣醬並攪拌。然後加雞蛋煮約3分鐘,加入烏冬面煮5-8​​分鐘。

完成!很簡單!

材料 ingredients:

雞翼(11隻)

黑芝麻(即食, 烘香或白鑊炒香)

 

Chicken wings (11 pieces)

Black sesame seeds (instead, roasted or sauteed in a white wok)

 

醃料:

生抽1湯匙 Light soy sauce x 1 spoon

麻油 1茶匙 Sesame oil x 1 spoon

紹酒 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine x 1 spoon

½湯匙 Sugar x ½ spoon

花椒粉1湯匙 Sichuan peppercorn x 1 spoon

四味粉1湯匙Four-spice powder x 1 spoon



雞翼洗淨,抹乾水分備用。

把所有醃料拌勻。

放入雞翼,拌勻。

醃約1小時。

放入焗爐中,焗約 10分鐘。

翻轉雞翼,繼續焗 8 10分鐘,或直至雞翼熟透。

灑下黑芝麻,趁熱享用。

 

Wash chicken wings, wipe dry and set aside.

Mix all the marinades well.

Add the chicken wings and mix well.

Marinate for about 1 hour.

Put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

Turn the chicken wings over and continue to bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through.

食材Ingredients:

Ginger:150g

Spring onion:216g

花生油Peanut oil:200g

紅蔥頭Shallot onion:x2

Salt:2tsp



準備蔥Prepare the spring onions

切去蔥白(5厘米),稍後使用Cut the white part of spring onions from 5cm for later

將蔥切成小丁Cut the spring onions in small diced

把它們放在碗裡Place them in a bowl


蔥白的根部, 紅蔥頭放進鍋裡Put root part of spring onions and shallot in a pot

放花生油Put peanut oil

五花腩 : 450 Pork belly: 600g

薑片 :2 Ginger slices: 3 slices

米酒 : 2湯匙Rice wine: 2 spoons

蒜蓉 : 6-7 小塊 Garlic glove: 6-7

生抽  : 1湯匙Light soy sauce: 1 spoon

黑醋 : 1湯匙Black vinegar: 1 spoon

花雕酒 : 1湯匙Huadiao Wine: 1 spoon

: 2湯匙Mirin: 2 spoons

• 辣椒油 : 1 湯匙 Chili oil: 1 spoon

• 麻油 : 1 /2 湯匙   Sesame oil: ½ spoon

 : 1 /2 湯匙  Sugar: ½ spoon

 紹興酒: 1湯匙 Shaoxing wine: 1 spoon


準備五花腩, , 薑片

Prepare pork belly, green onions, ginger slices

水微滾後,放入薑、蔥、五花腩

大火放米酒,蓋上蓋中火煮約40分鐘

期間每10分鐘把腩肉翻身

拌勻所有醬汁調味料

取出五花腩放入凍水
