食材Ingredients:
糯米 200克glutinous rice 200g
臘腸2條 Chinese preserved pork sausage X 2
冬菇 6隻Shiitake mushrooms
X 6
調味Seasoning:
生抽(醬油) 1湯匙light soy sauce X 1 spoon
老抽 1茶匙dark soy sauce X 1 tea spoon
糖 1/2 茶匙 Sugar X 1/2 tea spoon
蠔油1/2 茶匙Oyster sauce X 1/2 tea spoon
糯米用水浸3小時或以上
Soak glutinous
rice in water for 3 hours or more
糯米瀝乾水份
Drain the
glutinous rice
糯米蒸1小時
Steamed
glutinous rice for 1 hour
冬菇用水浸軟
Soak Shiitake
mushrooms in water until it’s soft
臘腸放入熱水中去油
Put the sausage
in hot water to remove the oil
冬菇切粒
cut Shiitake mushrooms into pieces
臘腸切粒
cut the sausage into
pieces
不需下油, 臘腸粒炒熱
No need to add
oil, stir-fry the sausage pieces
讓臘腸出油份
let the sausage
out of the oil
冬菇炒熟
Stir-fried
mushrooms
下糯米
Add the glutinous rice
調味料: 糖, 生抽, 老抽,蠔油
Seasoning: Sugar,
Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce
用中慢火炒勻糯米
Stir fry the glutinous rice evenly over
medium-low heat
如果還未夠熟或稔, 可以加水
You can add
water if it is not cooked enough
完成 DONE
