入口即融~魚香茄子 Eggplants with Minced Pork

快速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE RECIPE

材料 Ingredient

茄子2 Eggplant X 2

豬肉碎600 Minced Pork 600g

細香蔥 (少許) Chives (some)

Oil

1 Ginger 1 piece 

蒜頭 5 Garlic cloves X 5

 

醬汁Sauce

[品牌: 老干媽] 辣醬4 湯匙(自選) Spicy paste 4 spoons (Optional)

生抽1 湯匙Light soy sauce 1 spoon

米酒1 湯匙Rice wine 1 spoon

1 茶匙Sugar 1 tsp

1茶匙Salt 1 tsp

100 毫升Water 100 ml

玉米粉水100毫升Corn flour water 100 ml

 


切茄子,每塊帶茄子皮

Cut the eggplants, each pieces should be with the eggplants skin

在煎鍋中加油,然後放入茄子

Add oil in the frying pan and put eggplants inside

加多些油並攪拌

Add more oil and stir

加水, 蓋約5分鐘

Add water and cover it for about 5 minutes

待它們變軟,取出備用

Until they are soft, take them out and put aside

切碎薑和蒜

Mince ginger and garlic

在平底鍋裡加一些油, 薑碎和蒜碎

Add them with some oil in the frying pan

加豬肉

Add pork

當豬肉顏色變成棕色時

When the color of the pork turn brown

加辣醬

Add spicy paste

加生抽

Add light soy sauce

加米酒

Add rice wine

加糖

Add sugar

加水並攪拌

Add water and stir

加煮熟的茄子並攪拌

Add cooked eggplants and stir

加鹽

Add salt

加玉米粉水並攪拌

Add corn flour water and stir

加入切碎的細香蔥即可

Add some chopped chives and it is done
