精簡版豆腐蒸水蛋 Simple Steamed Egg with Tofu

材料(1碗配料) Ingredients for 1 bowl:
豆腐 1 盒 Tofu X 1 box
雞蛋3隻 Chicken Egg X 3
水 (雞蛋的份量) Water (amount of egg)
麻油 Sesame oil
生抽Light soy sauce
自由選擇Optional :
細香蔥 (少許) Chive (some)
打蛋
Break the egg
拌勻
Mix well
加水
Add water
加入豆腐, 切成小塊
Add the tofu and cut them in small pieces
蒸20分鐘
Steam for 20 minutes
小心取出
Take out carefully
加生抽
Add light soy sauce
加麻油
Add sesame oil
