材料 Ingredients
豬扒X 2 Pork Steak X 2
馬鈴薯X 1 Potato X 1
洋蔥X 1個 Onion X 1
小蘿蔔X 2 Carrot X 2
日式咖哩磚 3-4塊 Japanese curry bricks X 3-4
全蛋液 X 1 Egg X 1
麵粉 適量 Flour
(Appropriate)
麵包糠 適量 Bread crumbs (Appropriate)
油Oil
鹽Salt
黑胡椒粉 少許 Black
pepper(A little)
豬扒洗淨,灑上鹽和黑椒
Clean the pork, sprinkle with salt and
black pepper
用三隻碟分別放入蛋液、麵包、糠麵粉,將豬扒按次序沾上麵粉、蛋液、麵包糠
Put egg liquid, bread, crumb flour on three
plates respectively, dip pork chops in flour, egg liquid, bread crumbs in order
油炸豬扒不能用大火, 中細火慢慢炸便可
Don't use high fire for deep-fried pork,
just fry it slowly on medium-low fire
洋蔥、蘿蔔、薯仔去皮切塊
Peel and dice onion, carrot and potato
洋蔥炒到透明
Fry the onion until they look transparent
加水加蓋煮10鐘
add water, cover the pot and cook for 10
minutes
蘿蔔、薯仔放入鍋
Put carrot and potatoes into the pot
然後加3-4塊日式咖哩磚輕輕攪拌至全部溶解
Then add 3-4 Japanese curry bricks and stir
gently until all dissolved
中細火煮軟馬鈴薯可關火
Cook over medium-low heat and turn off when
the potatoes are soft
豬扒炸到兩邊金黃色就可以取出
Fry the pork until the colour turns golden
brown on both sides
豬扒炸完靜置數分鐘,淋上咖哩汁便可以享用!
After frying the pork, let them rest for a
few minutes, then drizzle with curry sauce and enjoy!
