香菇雲耳蟲草花蒸雞

Black Fungus and Cordyceps militaris
速簡易煮食 FAST & SIMPLE RECIPE
材料 ingredients:
雞腿肉2隻 Chicken thigh X 2
雲耳 X 10 克 Black Fungus X 10 g
蟲草花 X 10 克 Cordyceps militaris X 10 g
香菇X 10 克 Shiitake X 10 g
薑3 片Ginger X 3 slices
醃料Marinade :
生抽 2 茶匙 Light soy sauce
2 tsp
蠔油1/2 茶匙 Oyster sauce 1/2 tsp
米酒1/3 茶匙 Rice wine 1/3 tbsp
糖1/2 茶匙 Sugar 1/2 tsp
鹽1/4 茶匙 Salt 1/4 tsp
白胡椒1/2 茶匙 White pepper 1/2 tsp
麻油1 茶匙 Sesame oil 1 tsp
玉米粉2 茶匙 Corn flour 2 tbsp
醃製雞 Marinate chicken
至少醃1小時
Marinate for at least about 1 hour
浸泡干材料 Soak Dried Ingredients
將乾的材料在水中浸泡約15分鐘:

如何蒸雞肉 How to steam chicken
香菇切絲
Slice shiitake
薑切絲
Slice ginger
將雞肉切成小塊,放在盤子裡
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and put
in a plate
加已切薑絲
Add sliced ginger
加浸泡過的黑木耳
Add soaked black fungus
加已切香菇絲
Add sliced shiitake
加浸泡過的蟲草花
Add soaked cordyceps militaris
蒸約25分鐘
Steam for about 25 minutes
完成!!!Done!!!
