韭菜Chives
蒜瓣 X 8 Garlic clove X 8
花生Peanut
黃豆醬 1 湯匙Soy paste X 1 table spoon
辣椒粉 2/3 茶匙Chili powder X 2/3 tea spoon
孜然粉 1茶匙Cumin powder X 1 tea spoon
五香粉X 1/2茶匙 Five spice powder X
1/2 tea spoon
黑胡椒X 1/2茶匙Black pepper X 1/2 tea spoon
白胡椒X 1/2茶匙White pepper X 1/2 tea spoon
鹽(少許)Salt (a bit)
蜜糖 1 湯匙Honey X 1 table spoon
油Oil
搗碎大蒜
Mash garlic
小火:用油煎大蒜
Low Heat: Pan fry garlic with oil
當有煙霧和氣泡時將它們取出
Take them out when there is some smokes and
bubbles
搗碎花生
Mash peanut
花生放入同一個碗裡
Add peanut in the same bowl
黃豆醬 Soy paste
辣椒粉 Chili powder
孜然粉 Cumin powder
五香粉Five spice powder
黑胡椒Black pepper
白胡椒White pepper
鹽Salt
蜜糖 Honey
韭菜串燒Chive Skewers
放入鍋
Put in the frying pan
加入醬料
Add the sauce
煮至韭菜變軟
Cook until the chives are soft
